i3 will provide you a confirmation of your submission request within 3 hours. This confirmation will let you know whether or not we intend to offer terms, when those terms are likely to available, who your i3 underwriter is and a submission reference.
Please note that in order to log a submission with i3 the submission must be complete and include:
- Name of Insured
- Expiry Date (or date coverage is required for)
- relevant underwriting information
- past loss history
If the above is not included this does not guarantee your submission will be logged.
