Coverage for logistics operators who handle, store and move cargo under contract, law and convention on behalf of third parties as well as for companies who operate freight services by sea, road, air and rail. Liabilities covered may arise out of national law, international convention or contract. The policy provides third party protection to operators with a responsibility and duty of care for the transportation of cargo. First party cargo cover is excluded.
